The installation of the Romanian / Russian Orthodox Icons is underway. The custom permanent mounts have been installed to the backs of the icons however, we need to patch the hole above the fireplace before we can actually hang them up.
The hole is now filled and ready for the Icon mounts. The bricks are still a bit wet which is why for now they’re a bit darker.
While it may look like the Icons are hung a bit low, placed any higher you wouldn’t be able to make out any of the details. The fireplace is taller than it looks.
The Raven has been installed. It looks better when standing in the room than it does here in the photo.
